Wheeling Town Center

WHEELING, ILLINOIS

The Wheeling Town Center is a $110 million community planned use development (PUD) and open-air streetscape development that showcases retail, entertainment, and residential living on 16 acres within the Village of Wheeling, with direct access to the Wheeling Metra Station. This Transit Oriented Development (TOD) includes a LEED-certified, five-story residential apartment building (One Wheeling Town Center) with over 300 luxury rental units wrapped around structured parking with a large internal courtyard that offers residents a wide range of high-end amenities. The site also incorporates 100,000 square feet of retail space that revolves around a new Village Green anchored by CMX VIP Cinemas, Starbucks, CityWorks Eatery and Pour House, and The Learning Experience.

Zemi Beach is a $97 million boutique residential and hospitality project located along the white sandy beaches of Shoal Bay on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies. Opened in the summer of 2017, Holiday Development is a $25 million hospitality and retail Planned Use Development (PUD) project located on over six acres along the Gulf of Mexico. Holiday Development is anchored by a full-service, 63-key, upscale Indigo Hotel (an IHG franchise), Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, and other dining and shopping venues. The Indigo Hotel at Holiday Development has consistently been rated a top property in both its regional and national market, achieving IHG’s Newcomer of the Year award and ranking number 1 guest survey scores among the entire Indigo portfolio of 119 hotels in 2018. The hotel most recently achieved IHG’s 2019 Quality of Excellence Award for superior levels of service excellence.

The Commons of Nanuet

CLARKSTOWN, NEW YORK

The Commons is a commercial development project located on seven acres at the juncture of the NYS Thruway and Route 59 in the Town of Clarkstown. The project involved the complete redevelopment of a 1960’s era strip plaza that is anchored by a CubeSmart self-storage facility, QuickChek fueling/convenience store, Dunkin’, and Taco Bell/KFC franchises. Construction of all but the CubeSmart was completed in the Spring of 2023. Construction of the CubeSmart is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2024.

Executive Plaza includes two office buildings with over 140,000 square feet of Class A office in the Rockland/North Bergen county sub-markets.
